Who This Is Not For

My work is not a fit for those looking for a quick fix, a passive process, or someone to “do it for them.” A wellness coach is also not a fit for someone seeking a personal trainer, nutritionist, or medical advice.  The women I work with are active participants in their wellness transformation and value deep, sustainable change for a lifestyle that supports their overall well-being.
